What are your hours?
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends.
What forms of payment do accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks, debit, and cash.
What is your average turn time?
We complete most service within one day of receiving your car.

What are your certifications?
We are members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and National Federation for Independent Businesses (NFIB), and the National Institute for Service Excellence (ASE). We are certified as a trusted Bosch Service Center. Our mechanics have undergone formal training through factory programs and technical schools. We also maintain attendance in training courses to stay up-to-date with the latest tools, proceedures, and issues in the automotive world.
Do you provide a warranty on your repairs?
We believe in the quality of our work. Our labor is covered for 90 days (or 4,000 miles). As a certified mechanic, manufacturers will also uphold warranties on their parts.
What will happen to my extended manufacturers warranty?
Most manufacturers will respect service performed at Layland Motors under their extended warranties. If you have any questions or concers, feel free to give us a call. (330) 455-8841
What about Classic cars?
We regularly do complete restorations on classic and antique vehicles, from engine rebuilds to frame-off repairs. We also work with several body shops for extensive aestheic work. Take a look at our current projects page for some photos or call to see what we can do for you.
What about scheduled maintenance?
Skimping on scheduled maintenance can lead to more costly repairs down the road, higher fuel consumption, loss of power and control. We advise sticking to the maintenance scheduled outlined by your manufacturer. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask or bring your vehicle in for an inspection.
Do you provide performance tuning?
We sure do. We offer aftermarket and factory solutions to increase the performance of your car. Give us a call if you'd like to install a turbo kit, blow off valve, performance exhaust, etc.
Can you do a Pre-Purchase Inspections?
We regularly do Pre-Purchase Inspections. If you would like to bring a potential auto purchase in for an inspection, please give us a call.
Do you do body work?
We work with several body shops in the area to provide full mechanical and body service.
My car won't run. How can I get it in to the shop?
We work with many towing companies to provide a discounted rate. Don't endanger your vehicle, yourself, or others by driving a car that is not road-worthy.
